short path distillation kit differences and prices
The difference in short-path distillation equipment is the difference in the choice of electric heating mantle, reaction flask, distillation elbow, receiving bottle and some supporting equipment.
The electric heating mantle will vary in size depending on the capacity of the reaction flask.
The electric heating sleeves produced by our company are available in ZNCL and ZKCL.

Distillation elbow: 1L and 5L short-path distillation of the distillation elbow is a unitary one that connects the condensers together. The distillation elbows of the 10L and 20L short path distillation units separate the condenser from the elbow.

All short-path distillation systems are conventional and their receiving bottles are conventional. The 10L short-path distillation kit can use a heart-shaped receiving bottle, and the 20L short-path distillation unit can use two heart-shaped receiving bottles with dual cold and double receiving for recycling materials.
On the supporting equipment, there are cryogenic pumps, vacuum pumps, and low temperature constant temperature reaction baths. The main difference between the cryopump and the cryogenic thermostatic reaction bath is reflected in the difference in model, capacity and temperature.
The vacuum pump has a rotary vane vacuum pump, a vertical circulating water vacuum pump, a benchtop circulating water vacuum and a diaphragm pump. Their main role is to provide a vacuum environment for the entire system, but the functions between them are also somewhat different.
