Before using the ZNCL series of electric heating mantle, familiarize yourself with the instructions to avoid operational errors. Here are some general operating and usage precautions.

Method of operation

1. After the controller is powered on, the temperature display window displays “K3-C”.

The speed display window displays “BYv1” for 1 second and then enters the normal display state.

 

2. Start and stop

Click or press the "heat" button for temperature control; click again to turn off the temperature control function

Click or press the "Stirring" button for speed control; click again to turn off the speed control function

 

3. Power-down memory function

The user can select whether or not the power-down memory function is required by modifying the power-down memory parameter.

 

4. When there is a temperature alarm, the “ALM!” prompt is always on, the controller automatically turns off the heating output, and the buzzer sounds continuously;

When there is a speed alarm, the “ALM!” prompt is always on, the controller automatically stops the motor and the buzzer beeps. When the buzzer sounds, the user can press any button to mute.

 

5. If the controller temperature display window displays "----", it indicates an error in the temperature sensor or the controller itself. Please check the temperature sensor and its wiring carefully.

 

6. In the main interface display, click the left button to modify the temperature setting value; right click to modify the speed setting value; press and hold to increase or decrease. At this time, the LCD screen "[Setting]" identifier is turned on. After the modification is completed, the set value will continue to flash for about 2 seconds, then the data will be automatically saved and the flash will stop.

 

Note

1. The temperature of the heating plate is very high, so you should pay attention to the burning in operation.

 

2. The instrument should have a good foundation.

 

3. Due to the limited temperature of the motor and magnet of the agitator, the thermal test is especially high temperature thermal test. The instrument cannot be heated separately. Please adjust the motor rotation or low speed rotation (idle) to prevent the motor and magnet from being at high temperature. Radiation damage.

 

4. After the high temperature heating is finished, please turn off the heating switch first. After cooling for a few minutes, turn off the agitator.

 

5. Hand, liquid overflow or long-term wet state, the induction can be transferred to the outer casing through the insulation layer, please have good grounding and pay attention to ventilation. Do not use if the leak is serious. To avoid danger, dry in the sun or in the oven before use.

 

6. Once you can't find the power, please check if the right rear insurance needs to be replaced.

 

7. Do not use for a long time, please keep the instrument clean and keep it in a dry, non-corrosive atmosphere.
