Magnetic stirring heating mantle:

An important device for supplying heat to the entire short-path distillation unit. The temperature can be set by itself, and the operation is simple. The maximum heating temperature is 300 °C (error is ±2 °C). Heating mantle has two kinds of ZNCL and ZKCL, which can be purchased according to your own situation.

Round bottom flasks:

round bottom flasks are used for holding materials and placed directly in the heating mantle. Heating mantle provides a heat source to directly heat the material. The round bottom flasks are made of high borosilicate and are resistant to high temperatures, corrosion and easy cleaning.

Distillation elbow:

round bottom flasks and receiver bottles are connected by distillation elbow, and the materials in the heated round bottom flasks reach the receiver bottle through Distillation elbow. The second half of the Distillation elbow has a small section of condenser to facilitate cooling of the evaporated material. The two small holes in the condenser are connected to a cryogenic coolant circulation pump.

Cold trap:

The cold trap connects the vacuum pump to condense impurities in the air and protect the vacuum pump.

Receiver bottle:

The receiver bottle is understandable by name and is used to receive distilled materials. The receiver bottle is also made of high borosilicate.

Lifting platform:

The lifting platform is placed under the receiver bottle. A piece backing ring is placed on the lifting platform to support the receiver bottle to prevent the receiver bottle from falling after receiving the material.

Cast lron stand:

The cast lron stand is the lifting platform and the cold trap support.

Universal clamp:

universal clamp is used to fix the short-path distillation unit and the unstable part.

Boss head clamp:

Connect to cast lron stand and universal clamp.

Plastic clip:

Used in the low temperature receiver bottle connection.

Stainless steel keck clip:

Used in the vicinity of the higher temperature round bottom flasks, avoiding the use of plastic clips to melt.

Temperature detector:

Because the heating mantle has a certain temperature when it is heated, a Temperature detector is needed to measure the actual temperature and solve the temperature error problem.
