How does the cryogenic coolant circulation pump work?
When the low temperature coolant circulating pump is in working condition, the liquid is continuously inserted from the inlet pipe due to the constant rotation of the impeller, and is discharged from the pump outlet after passing through the pump body.
When the pump works in the pump body, the pump first fills the pump body with water. Under the high-speed rotation of the electric motor, the pump impeller is driven to rotate at a high speed. The water in the impeller also rotates. Under the action of the centrifugal action of the pump body, the liquid is discharged in the outlet pipe, and after the water is discharged, a vacuum is formed in the vicinity of the rotating shaft in the pump casing. When the pump is filled with water, centrifugal force is generated when the impeller rotates. The lowering of the impeller center pressure is due to the fact that the water in the impeller channel flows into the pump casing under the action of centrifugal force. This pressure is generally lower than the pressure in the intake pipe, and the water flows in from the suction pool under the action of this pressure difference. The impeller, so that the pump can continuously supply water continuously. The water in the inlet pipe is pressed into the pump to fill the vacuum under the action of external pressure. Therefore, as long as the impeller rotates continuously, the water flows continuously into the water pipe from the direction of the tangential line and is discharged through the pump outlet.

How to extend the service life of low temperature coolant circulation pump
1. Liquid media should be added before use. The liquid medium generally uses more than 95% alcohol, and the liquid medium can not be lower than the working table 20mm.
2. The working power supply should be determined according to the model of the machine (technical parameter column). The power of the power supply should be greater than or equal to the total power of the instrument. The power supply must have a good "grounding" device. 3. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place with a distance of 400 mm from the obstacle on the back and sides.
4. The low temperature coolant circulating pump is counted down. When the timing is over, the SV window displays the word “end”. At this time, the compressor stops working, and the work can be restarted at the set time or by re-opening the “total power supply”.
5. After use, all switches must be turned off, before the power plug can be unplugged, and the liquid in the arrogant can be drained by suction ball and leather tube.
