The main role of magnetic stirring electric heating sleeve in short-distance distillation system:

1. The operating temperature is much lower than the boiling point of the material to treat heat sensitive materials, bio-acid fat, high-boiling substances, and materials that are difficult to distill have great advantages.
2. The heating time is extremely short. Ordinary distillation requires a process of several hours of heat, which can be completed in a few tens of seconds on short-distance distillation, low-carbon and environmentally friendly, and is conducive to maintaining material activity.
3. It belongs to the physical separation process to keep the material's natural state free from pollution. Widely used in deodorization, decolorization and purification of high value-added materials.

Usually CBD oil extraction uses a micro short-path distillation system, 5L short-path distillation just enough to meet the needs of most CBD oil extraction.
 
The 5-liter short-path distillation unit is generally used with a 5L magnetic stirring electric heating mantle. Magnetic stirrer heaters are an essential equipment for the entire short-path distillation system.
