20L short path steam distillation|Short path distillation manufacturers

Short-path steam distillation equipment is the preferred equipment for the preparation of cannabis (CBD) oil. The 20L short-path distillation unit can produce a large number of industrial grade equipment for the production of CBD oil at one time.

How do we make it when we make hemp oil? Let's briefly introduce how to make hemp oil.

Introduction: Cannabisin fractions, why all the craze?

Imagine if your favorite beer tastes and smells different each time you drink it. Or the alcohol content of each batch is very different. In the face of this unpredictability, it will not be your favorite.
Product consistency is the foundation for building and maintaining any successful brand.
Cannabis plants are inherently inconsistent and unpredictable. Depending on the strain and evolution within the strain, the taste, odor and THC / CBD efficacy may vary widely. These inconsistencies will flow into any end product, resulting in undesirable changes.
In order to produce a consistent product, the THC and CBD components must be separated and separated from other cannabis components and then injected into the product. This is possible by distillation.

Basic knowledge: What is marijuana distillation?

Cannabis distillation is a post-treatment extraction technique that is performed after initial solvent-based extraction.
In practice, and by way of example, crude oil from cannabis plants (sometimes referred to as "crude oil") is first extracted by using a PX1 or PXP system. According to many factors, the THC / CBD concentration of crude oil is 60-80%.
The absence of THC and CBD in crude oil is a mixture of flavors and odors called terpenes, as well as various other botanical ingredients from vitamins, antioxidants and other consumables.
To further purify the oil, the distillation process is then carried out using a specialized commercial distillation unit such as CDU 1000. The distillation process separates specific compounds, such as THC and CBD, resulting in a refined oil (or "distillate") purity of more than 90%.
The remaining terpenes and other non-THC / CBD compounds have no significant effect on the flavor and odor of the product. For example, by targeting THC and CBD, it can be seen that producers may not be able to control flavor, odor and efficacy.
